Most businesses don't stall for lack of effort. They stall at a bottleneck: one or two things - a process, a role, a decision, a gap in the numbers - that hold everything else back. This workshop uses a simple, practical framework to find yours and decide what to do about it.
Plan. Look at how the business actually runs today and name the bottlenecks: where work queues up, where you're the only one who can do it, where money or time leaks out.
Act. Rank them by the difference fixing each would make against the effort it takes, and turn the top ones into specific actions.
Review. Choose the first step, who does it and by when - and how you'll know it worked, so the plan keeps moving after the session.
In the hour you'll work through each step on your own business, with guidance and questions from us and the others in the group. It's live and in a small group, so there's room to talk about your situation rather than a general one.
