About Connect Business
Who we are
Connect Business is for Australian business owners who need practical help and advice. It's run by Connect Business Systems.
Tell us the problem. We talk it through with you, then find experts who understand the problem, know your industry, and understand what makes business work: consultants, advisers and specialist providers with real results under their belt.
Why Connect Business exists
Running a business, you hit problems nobody hands you the answer to. You need more customers. You need people who understand your business. You're working harder than you're earning. Or you just know there has to be a better way.
So you search for the problem, and find articles, ads and directories that list everyone. None of that tells you what's really wrong, or who has actually fixed it before.
Working that out takes expertise. Connect Business exists to do it with you: look into the problem, then introduce you to the person who has already fixed it.
Talk to someone who has fixed it before, not someone guessing.
How we choose our experts
Every expert has to qualify: a conversation with us about their experience, then a detailed profile. Not everyone gets through. Those who do are matched to you by location, industry and expertise.
- Expert: a consultant, adviser or provider with real results under their belt.
- Senior Expert: for harder problems, and the next step up.
- Partner: the experts we work with most closely.
Not just anyone. Not everyone who applies is accepted, and only businesses we accept can hold an expert tier, so every expert you see has passed our checks.
Prefer someone local? Every expert shows where they work, and you can search the directory by suburb or state.
Not sure where to start?
If you can't put your finger on the problem, the Business Growth Workshop is the first step. It's a paid workshop, with a follow-up call that points you to the right expert. If you want more help, you can add a one-on-one guided session.
That's normal: working out the real problem is the hard part, and it's what we're here for.
